The Toledo Police Department has issued a warrant for the arrest of 24-year-old D'Angelo Porter from West Park Street in connection to an early Thursday evening shooting.
Residents at the Parqwood Apartments are shaken after three people were shot and killed inside the lobby of the building.

Toledo police say the incident started just after 5 p.m. at the corner of Bancroft Street and Parkwood Avenue.
Court documents show 21-year-old Keylona Witcher, who lives at Parqwood Apartments, struck an unidentified victim with her vehicle on purpose, causing an ankle injury, and also rammed another vehicle occupied by two people—one of whom was the ankle injury victim.
Police were then called to the apartment building nine minutes later for shots fired.
That's where they found 39-year-old Gary Witcher, 41-year-old Deanna Himon and 23-year-old Tyrone Ursey Jr. dead at the scene.
According to the Lucas County coroner's report, they all died from gunshot wounds.
Residents said some of the victims and suspects knew one another, but police could not confirm that. Now residents are calling for better security at the apartments where most of the tenants are elderly.
'I'm very terrified. I'm a senior citizen. I'm 74 years old and I thought security was there but apparently it wasn't.'
Neighbors nearby said they were shocked to hear about the violence after they heard the group arguing in the street for about an hour before police showed up.
'Everything was calm,' a resident described. 'I was out here working. I just assumed it was a fight. No one was brandishing weapons outside or anything like that. ... This is a safe neighborhood, this could've happened anywhere. It just happened to escalate right here and work its way into the building.'
Keylona was arraigned in court Friday morning and charged with felonious assault weapon or ordnance. She is currently in custody at Lucas County Corrections Center on a $100,000 bond while her preliminary hearing is scheduled for Nov. 13.
Police say Porter, still at large, is presumed to be armed and extremely dangerous. Anyone with information should call Crime Stoppers at 419-255-1111.
